Many developing countries are taking matters into their own hands to get access to covid vaccines. One problem is that wealthy countries, especially Trump's America, pushed up the prices of vaccines.

Retired lieutenant general H.R. McMaster served as US national security adviser to President Donald Trump from March 2017 to April 2018.
