Voters sue Texas governor over ballot drop box limit

States are scrambling to install ballot drop boxes to encourage early voting.
That is despite President Donald Trump's claims without evidence that mail-in voting will encourage fraud.
Al Jazeera's Alan Fisher reports from Maryland, US. California's Secretary of State issued a cease-and-desist order, telling the state's GOP to remove illegal ballot drop boxes by Thursday.
