Trump considers ousting impeachment witness Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman


The impeachment trial may be over but President Trump is ramping up attacks against critics, Democrats and Senator Mitt Romney. He's also considering ousting one of the witnesses, Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, from the National Security Council. CBS News White House correspondent Weijia Jiang joins CBSN to break down the latest.

The Supreme Court heard arguments via teleconference this week on two highly controversial issues: President Trump's tax records, and the Electoral College. Ilya Shapiro, director of the Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies at the Cato Institute, joins CBSN to explain the latest developments.
