Speaker Nancy Pelosi Ripping Up The Speech Among Unusual Moments in 2020 State of the Union

Description:

MSNBC's Brian Williams and Rachel Maddow note the unusual and bizarre moments in the 2020 State of the Union, including Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi ripping up the printed copy of the president's speech. Aired on 02/4/20.

President Trump's State of the Union began and ended with viral moments featuring him and Speaker Nancy Pelosi -- first an apparent handshake snub on his part, and later Pelosi ripping up Trump's speech.
MSNBC anchors, contributors, and guests take note of some noteworthy moments during President Trump's 2020 State of the Union speech. Aired on 2/4/20.
Democratic Congressman Joaquin Castro, chairman of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, joins CBSN from Capitol Hill with his thoughts on President Trump's State of the Union address. Castro said Mr. Trump, "undercuts himself when he goes and fearmongers, using brown immigrants to scare Americans."
House Speaker Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) defended her decision to rip up President Donald Trump's 2020 State of the Union address.

In an interview with CNN Pelosi also said that the Senate's acquittal of Trump on impeachment charges did not mean he was "vindicated."
