The Senate has acquitted President Donald Trump on both articles of impeachment, abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.
Speaking on the Senate floor on Wednesday, Sen. Mitt Romney said he would vote to convict President Trump on the impeachment charge of abuse of power, describing his actions as an "appalling abuse of public trust."
In a speech on the Senate floor Wednesday, Republican Senator Mitt Romney of Utah said he will vote to convict President Trump of abusing his power. "With my vote, I will tell my children and their children that I did my duty, believing my country expected it of me," he said. Watch his remarks.
