Sen. Tester: Montana Could See Record Mail-In Voting In November


Senator Jon Tester, a Democrat from Montana, tells Lawrence O'Donnell that Montana could set a turnout record in the November election after Montana's first all-mail primary in June set the state record for votes in a primary. Sen. Tester says, "Trump doesn't like mail-in voting because he only wants his people to vote." Aired on 09/15/2020.
