Riot Police Confront Peaceful Violin Vigil For Elijah McClain With Pepper Spray

Elijah McClain was walking home last August from an Aurora, Colorado convenience store when police confronted him after a 911 call for being "suspicious." The 23-year-old's death has sparked outrage worldwide. The officers involved have been moved to non-enforcement duties and an investigation is underway.
As the nation looks ahead in seeking justice for Elijah McClain, David Gura takes a look back on McClain's life from the people who were close to him. McClain died last August after a police encounter when he was walking home.
