President Trump says he no longer has Covid-19, but what the doctors memo indicates is that Trump is not contagious anymore, which is different than not having the virus, NBC's Kelly O'Donnell reports.
The President of the United States and First Lady Melania Trump have tested positive for COVID-19. Trump tweeted, "We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this TOGETHER!" On Thursday, the president was in Bedminster, New Jersey for a fundraiser. The Washington Post reports that he was in close contact with dozens of people. The president and Melania are now quarantining at The White House. Inside Edition Digital's Leigh Scheps has more.
President Trump has canceled some upcoming campaign events after he tested positive for COVID-19. CBS News 2020 campaign reporter Nicole Sganga joins CBSN to talk about what it will mean for the campaign.
Joe Biden has tested negative for COVID-19, along with his wife, after he faced off with President Trump in Tuesday's debate. The president and his wife tested positive for coronavirus early Friday morning, but 14-year-old son Barron has tested negative, as have Ivanka and Jared Kushner. Chris Wallace, who moderated the debate, said that the president is in "the most secure bubble in the world, and he still got it."
