President-elect Joe Biden is moving forward with his White House transition despite a lack of cooperation from the Trump administration. He met on Friday with top congressional leaders to discuss the pandemic and economic crisis. "Face the Nation" moderator Margaret Brennan joined CBSN's Lana Zak to discuss that and more.

President-elect Joe Biden wasted no time getting to work and laying out the priorities for his new administration. Meanwhile, President Trump refuses to concede defeat and is vowing to exhaust his legal options to fight the results of the election. Political correspondent Ed O'Keefe and White House correspondent Ben Tracy discuss who Mr. Biden is eyeing for positions in his administration and the attempts by President Trump to remain in office.
The Biden transition team is considering legal action as a federal agency refuses to acknowledge the results of the election and greenlight full access to other agencies and funding.
