New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy announced new Covid-19 restrictions after a spike in the state's cases. Starting November 12, bars and restaurants will have to close their indoor service by 10 p.m. each night and stop bar-side seating entirely.
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has announced new restrictions in response to a surge in COVID-19 infections across the state. It comes as the nation's death toll surpassed 250,000 on Wednesday.
