Michigan GOP lawmaker: No one has come up with evidence of fraud


Rep. Fred Upton (R-MI) tells CNN's Dana Bash that the voters of Michigan have spoken and that elected officials need to get back to governing.

President Trump is refusing to concede the election to Joe Biden and his campaign continues pursuing legal challenges in multiple states. But there has been no evidence to back up his claims of fraud. William and Mary Law School professor Rebecca Green joins CBSN to talk about Mr. Trump's path forward.
Attorney General William Barr told the Associated Press that the Department of Justice has found no evidence of fraud that would change the result of the presidential election. NBC's Pete Williams has details. Aired on 12/01/2020.
Every ballot in Georgia will be recounted by hand. While recounts typically only change a race's margins by a few hundred votes or so, the Trump campaign is calling it a "first step" in winning their legal fights, despite no evidence of voter fraud.
During her opening statement at the Supreme Court confirmation hearing, Amy Coney Barrett shared her appreciation for those who have come before her. Barrett called Sandra Day O'Connor a "model of grace and dignity" and said no one will ever take the place of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
