On November 3, 2020, US citizens will elect their new president. The country is currently dealing with racial and social tensions, plus environmental issues as well as all the challenges brought forth by the coronavirus, which has already killed more than 200,000 Americans. With so much at stake, this election is set to be crucial in shaping the country's future trajectory.
A grand military parade in North Korea has left analysts concerned about the nuclear threat posed by the hermit nation. The cause of their worry is a new missile, a mock-up of which was paraded during the 75th anniversary celebrations of the Workers' Party of North Korea. North Korea already has missiles capable of striking US cities, but it is the multiple warheads that any missile carries that makes defending against it much harder and more expensive. Many believe the missile gives North Korea a potent bargaining chip in future negotiations with the US. That will depend on whether Donald Trump or Joe Biden wins the election.
Dianna Russini, Rob Ninkovich and Booger McFarland join Mike Greenberg on Get Up to discuss Bill Belichick's choice at starting quarterback for the New England Patriots, Cam Newton or Jarrett Stidham, after Tom Brady left for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the offseason.
