KY Gov. Beshear: Thanksgiving 'Threatens To Be The Largest Superspreader' Event
Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear joins Andrea Mitchell to discuss COVID surges in his state and across the country as Thanksgiving approaches, and the importance of a COVID relief package in responding to the pandemic, saying that "If we don't get another CARES Act funding before the end of the year, everything we do to fight this virus falls off a cliff on December 31st. No money for testing, no money for contact tracing, no money to distribute the vaccine."

The IMF published its latest World Economic Outlook on Tuesday, forecasting the global economy will contract by 4.4% in 2020.
The IMF said China, however, holds the distinction of being the only major economy projected to achieve growth in 2020, forecast to hit 1.9% for the year.
And in its outlook, the IMF said it expects China's growth will accelerate to 8.2 percent next year.
