Judge indicted for helping fugitive avoid ICE


In a move that the Massachusetts Attorney General called a "radical and politically motivated attack on our state and the independence of our courts," a judge among others has been indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly misleading an ICE agent and helping an undocumented immigrant evade capture. Steve Malzberg (in for Rick Sanchez) reacts.

Prosecutors say Judge Shelly Joseph helped an undocumented immigrant slip out the back door of her Newton, Massachusetts, courthouse to avoid an ICE officer.
