Judge indicted for helping fugitive avoid ICE


In a move that the Massachusetts Attorney General called a "radical and politically motivated attack on our state and the independence of our courts," a judge among others has been indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly misleading an ICE agent and helping an undocumented immigrant evade capture. Steve Malzberg (in for Rick Sanchez) reacts.

The judge overseeing former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn's case made an unusual move on Tuesday. One America's Chief White House Correspondent Chanel Rion has more from Washington.
