Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro joined CBSN's "Red and Blue" to discuss a federal judge recently throwing out a Trump campaign challenge to Pennsylvania's voting procedures. "Calling an election unfair does not make it so" the judges said as another attempt by Donald Trump's lawyers to challenge the Presidential election in court failed. President Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit to stop vote-counting in Pennsylvania, where mail-in ballots could hand the state, and election, to rival Joe Biden. FRANCE 24's Florence Villéminot reports on the ground. After CBS News projects that Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden will win Michigan, the Trump campaign announced Wednesday that it has filed a lawsuit in that state to stop the counting of votes. Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson joins CBSN's "Red and Blue" to discuss the suit.
