After weeks of being pressed to address the assault allegations against him, former Vice President Joe Biden has responded. The presumptive Democratic presidential candidate was accused by Tara Reade, who worked as a staffer in his office in the 1990s, of sexually assaulting her in a hallway in the capitol. On "Morning Joe," Biden went on the record denying the incident. He said that all women who come forward should be presumed to be telling the truth, but that Reade's allegations are baseless.
