Demonstrators in Montreal have gathered for the 'Justice for Joyce' rally, protesting systemic racism in the health-care system. Joyce Echaquan, an Atikamekw woman, died Monday in a Joliette, Que., hospital. Advocates say she didn't receive proper medical care.
