Shorthanded Georgetown upset No. 19 Butler. Terrell Allen scored 22 points, and the Hoyas shot 58 percent in the second half to shock Butler 73-66 Saturday at Hinkle Fieldhouse.
The Golden Eagles notch their sixth win in the last seven games with a big victory over No. 19 Butler. Marquette was led with strong performances by Brendan Bailey and Koby McEwen, who each had 16 points, as well as Markus Howard's 17. Behind 25 points from Marcus Zegarowski, Creighton cruised to a fifth straight win, topping Butler by 22. The Bluejays have now won 10 of their last 12 games and are in the hunt for a Big East regular-season title.
