Following the announcement that Moderna's Phase 3 trial shows its Covid-19 vaccine is 94.5 percent effective, Dr. Moncef Slaoui, the chief advisor for "Operation Warp Speed," laid out a timeline where vaccines from Moderna and Pfizer could start being distributed in late December and through the winter.
