Joe Biden says he and President Donald Trump "shouldn't have a debate" if he still has COVID-19. Biden said Tuesday that he's "looking forward to being able to debate him" but said they need to "follow very strict guidelines." President-elect Joe Biden is calling on the federal government's General Services Administration to authorize his presidential transition despite pushback from President Trump. Without this authorization, Mr. Biden doesn't have access to information or resources that he needs before he takes office in January.
