Cuomo says New York ski resorts can reopen in November with restrictions


New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said Sunday that skiing can restart in the state with restrictions amid the coronavirus pandemic. "You have to socially distance when you ski," Cuomo said. Watch his remarks here.

One of the world's most iconic fashion shows has reinvented itself in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
The New York event usually lasts a week but, with face masks and social distancing, it has been cut short.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced an agreement with the teachers union to delay the return to in-person classes until September 21 to allow more time for training and safety preparations. CBSN NY reporter John Dias has details.
