Cuomo: Indoor Dining Will Close In NYC Starting Monday

Indoor dining was shut down in New York City as part of Governor Andrew Cuomo's plan to slow the spread of COVID-19. This comes as the city's mayor, Bill de Blasio, pushes for a citywide shutdown of non-essential businesses after Christmas. Philadelphia officials are allowing restaurants to resume limited indoor dining in the city after rolling back some COVID-19 restrictions. The restrictions will be eased on Saturday, January 16.
