2020 Democratic hopefuls Amy Klobuchar and Pete Buttigieg had greater-than-expected turnout in the first two nominating contests - Iowa and New Hampshire. Many politicos and voters were surprised, and now, many are wondering whether each can build on their early successes and win in much-needed contests coming up. At the center of this question is whether they can win the hearts and minds of African American voters, a key voting block. Hill reporter Julia Manchester speaks with host Jamal Simmons about what to expect in the coming weeks.
