CA Attorney General Warns of Illegal Ballot Boxes

Description:

The California Republican Party received a cease and desist letter Tuesday after reports of unauthorized ballot boxes being set up around the state. NewsNet's Danielle Radin reports

US attorney general William Barr has dismissed President Donald Trump's allegations of widespread election fraud. The Trump team has tried to challenge Joe Biden's victory on several fronts, but has lost a series of legal battles. Trump's lawyers shrugged off the attorney general's statement, and announced a new legal challenge in Wisconsin.
Vice President Mike Pence criticized Sen. Kamala Harris for her record as California's attorney general as they were questioned on white supremacy and criminal justice reform.
State Republicans are installing dozens of unofficial ballot boxes in at least three California counties. Secretary of State Alex Padilla — a Democrat — tells NBC News that he has security concerns about what he calls "fake" boxes, but Republicans say the boxes are legal.
As evidence of voting fraud mounts, insiders in the intelligence community warn the problem could be much worse than previously thought. One America's Pearson Sharp has more.
