Animal Shelter Takes in Hundreds of Pets During Valley Fire

Hundreds of pets from the Hawaiian islands were flown to the mainland on Thursday and will be taken in by shelters in Washington state, Oregon, Idaho and Montana to alleviate tight shelter space brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. (Oct. 29)
