$50B in gov't waste: Rand Paul airs Festivus grievances

U.S. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY), chairman of the Federal Spending Oversight and Emergency Management Subcommittee, will hold a breaking news conference in regard to new information regarding Gen. Michael Flynn.
